Yes, we offer returns. But, we do not offer exchanges.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our supplement and skincare products, whether you purchased them separately or part of the Heart Centered Living Makeover or Mastery programs. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the unused portion of your purchase to us and we will gladly refund your purchase as per our return policy below.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with our supplement or skincare products for any reason, we will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned product. Unfortunately, there is no refund for original shipping costs or sales tax and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returns.

How do I request a refund?

In order to receive a refund for supplements or skincare products, you must obtain a refund authorization number (RA#) form and the correct return shipping address to our manufacturing facility. You must send back all supplements and skincare items for which you receive refund. Empty supplement boxes or packages must be returned in order to receive a refund. These steps are necessary to protect us from fraud.

When you have your refund authorization form, please ship your unused supplements and/or skincare products in the original supplement box or package with your printed refund authorization # form to the return shipping address listed on the refund authorization # form.
After we have received your refund package, we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
