What’s Needed  From You to Successfully Complete the Makeover:

• Before the Makeover, read and print the Planner and purchase items needed on the Week 1 Shopping List
• Select a   day to start the program, ideally a  day you have off (e.g., Sunday  )
• During the Makeover, take a little extra time   for yourself (at least 30-60 minutes more than normal)
